Yeah with the right diet and exercise you can get rid of it cause I have seen guys do it. The only thing is that it is not going to happen overnight. You will definitely see results by summer but maybe not to the extent that you want to see results. Completely resculpting your body can take as much as an entire year. But since you are a boy and you naturally have less layers of fat than a girl has, you will probably see results alot more quicker than a girl would.

But in order to get ripped you need to lose fat and build muscle at the same time. The way to build muscle is by weight training and eating plenty of protein. You need to get into a routine of weight training that will get you results. Weight training and eating protein builds your muscles. It makes your muscles bigger and they will bulge out eventually. But you won't be able to see the development of your muscles unless you lose the fat too. And building muscles speeds up your metabolism so you will lose fat even quicker. But at the same time you need to lose fat. And to do so, you need to go on a special diet with lots of protein and limit your carbs to about 50% at most. And you need to do some cardio too. Run, jog, whatever. When your muscles start to grow and your fat starts to decrease, that is when you will notice the outline of your body and your body looks toned.

If you can consistently day to day get into a routine for a long time of doing this, you will definitely see results.

Abacadaba agony auntEat right, exersise, only thing you can do. Dont go into this starving yourself thing, just makes you look skinny and you wouldnt want to go showing it off. By the sounds of it your like what i used to be like, but then i worked for 8 months and lost it all, but you could see my 6pack within about 2 months(which i could never recall seeing before :P) So it goes to show that just frequent exersise will do you a world of good, and remember, its not just about losing weight, its about gaining muscle aswell, as i said before just losing weight makes you skinny, you want to trade in that bit of fat for muscle, and youll love how you look once you do that, trust me.
