writes:Hi everyone, I'm meeting my ex for a few drinks on Sunday and this is the first time we've met since splitting up 7 years ago.We were together for 6 years though never lived together. He has two sons from a previous marriage who are now 25 and 22 and I have a son too from a previous marriage who's now 20.Since splitting in 2008 I know he has been seeing someone for a good few years but now I believe that relationship has ended.I have been on odd dates during the last few years but nothing serious.We spent a lot of time together as a family during our relationship whilst bringing up our combined children.I really don't know what went wrong with us. It was my decision to end things but looking back he was my soulmate. If we are now both single would it work if we got back together?
