A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

So I have been dating this guy who is 2 years younger than me I am 16 and he is 14 its all been going good between us but still after 6 months, people wont accept that we are together. this makes it hard as I cant do things with my friends and him, as they treat him and me weird when he is there,

I dont know what to do as i feel like I am leaving my friends to spend more time with him.

How can I make them accept that we are together and are going to stay that way?

heyitscarissaa agony auntTell them to accept that you are together and are going to stay that way to there face and let them know that true friends don't judge and are there no matter. If they cant accept that you are happy with him, then they are not true friends. True friends just want you to be happy no matter and will be there if things don't go as you wanted.

Hope i helped

Best Wishes
