Hello all,

For the past 4-5 months, I don't know why, but I am getting very impatient with everything. Impatient and Angry. I have a bad attitude towards everything and my eating habits are out of control. I'm rude to my parents and other family members. I snap at every small thing and it’s getting me worried now.

At first I thought I might be just PMS-ing or something, but looking at the longevity of the problem, its obviously not a PMS thing.

I get super irritated with everything. If something doesn't go my way, then I start sulking and just don't stop. I'm rude and most of the times unhappy.

And I mean I can clearly figure out that I'm eating emotionally and I just can't seem to stop. I mean, not only am I harming myself physically, but also mentally.

It’s really worrying me now and I just somehow can't seem to stop, even if I try to.

How should I combat this?

Thanks for reading :)

I would go and make appointment with a doctor and describe these things to them. They can help and identify if anything is wrong. Hannah.
