writes:I've been with my boyfriend for a year now and we are completely in love. We have been sexually active for about 9 months and we have done everything apart from anal sex. My boyfriend makes little jokes about doing it all the time and when I come out and ask him if he wants to he says no but then gives a little smile. I have told him repeatedly that I don't want to do it and that he should be satisfied enough with vaginal and oral. He says he is and that he was only joking but he keeps mentioning it. For me there is no way I would do this as I think its rather disgusting and I see my anus as a one way system. Am I being silly for not letting my boyfriend try this?

It's your body and your choice - the only thing I would say is that how do you know that this activity is not pleasurable or enjoyable if you do not try it?
Surely if you have never tried it, it is impossible to know this.
Providing you are with somebody who you trust implicitly who will be gentle and who would stop immediately upon your command if it was uncomfortable then where is the harm in trying it.
If trying it is completely off the cards then letting your bloke know this straight away as things stand now rather than later is a good idea though.
You are letting your guy know where he stands and he can make his own future decisions from this.
