 you can not really sure i would want to though the bloods a bit off putting, just ask her and if she says yes just do wot you usually do it will be the same just messy

 It's going to be the same, just she will be on her period. So put a towel down under her and do whatever you normally do. As long as the blood thing doesn't creep you out then everything should be fine.
