 Yes if you don't mind standing out in a crowd but if you want to blend in then no. As Emily says add a blue necklace, bangle or bag and then it will pull it together.

 you could add a blue belt and bag, and blue hair accessory to even it out, maybe a couple of blue/red bangles. hope this helps.
