 The fears will pass with time as you get older and are with the right person. Same with the self confidence. I don't recommend rushing into anything because you may regret it.
Self confidence outside of sex is something you have to work on yourself. Try new clothes or working out to change your body. Make sure its in a healthy way. Get your hair, nail, and everything done and you'll realize that you have the confidence inside you, sometimes it just takes some help finding its way out.
When you have that confidence your mind will work through all the sex thoughts over time and it will all work out.
