 I think that you have reached your saturation point with this man and you can't take anymore. Even if everybody is expecting you to get married to him, this does not mean that you should please these people and marry him. It's your life anyway. If sex is no longer pleasurable with him, then you need to stop seeing him so as not to be unfair to him.

 Firstly, it shouldn't matter that other people expect you to get married if he doesn't make you happy then don't worry about what other people think. It is your life.
Secondly, how can you make the sex pleasurable if you find it unbearable to let him touch you? What is it that has caused this to happen to your sex life that it wasn't like this before?
Is it that you are no longer sexually attracted to him or that the sex is just no longer working?
I think your only option is to talk to your partner about your sex life. Good communication is key to a great sex life. Hint to him what you like for example 'it feels good when you touch me here' or 'it feels really good when you go slower' this will allow you to be pleasured whilst giving your partner the satisfaction of giving you this.
