Hey guys!

The deal is I'm only 14 years old. I have known my boyfriend for a while and about three months ago we decided to date. I lost my virginty to him, and he lost his to me. I feel like I'm madly in actual love. Like I have never felt like this ever...ever ever ever! I mean it's crazy! I just can't get over it. He says the same thing.

Well the thing is I have been missing my period last month, and so far this month! I went to the doctor and the took a urine test (because I was sick) and it showed up as normal. So they took a blood test today! I have not goten the results back. I really don't think I'm pregnant, after the urine test. But I don't understnad why my period is gone. I have been very stressed lately and my eating habits have changed. Does anyone have an explanation to all this?

Hey, i'm 14 too! ^_^ Anyway, I think it was wrong to have sex so early (I'm sure you've had all the leaflets and lectures etc) and there is a reason for it (as explained in all the other agony aunt posts) and secondly, stress REAAAALLLLLYYY takes its toll on you're period. I've been stressed out all this school year, on the verge of suicide and out of nine months i've only had my period 4 times which just says it all, and I'm not pregnant. periods are varied for the first 6 years anyway, so i'm sure you're fine there. Just sort out your problems by talking to people and good luck!

Yes, It is ilegal to be having sex at that age and it is very risky emotionally, as you are more likely than not prepared for such an advancement in your early stages, you may disagree but you may regret it later. In terms of your period, if you have changed your eating habits - are you getting enough fat and protein in your diet? You may have anemia or early stages of an eating disorder- where your body stops ovulating and or if yuou are anemic your body needs more iron in its blood. Do you go to a gynocologist? Do you use birth control? There can be several reasons.

Wendyg agony auntFirstly you know that its against the law to be having sex at that age, there is a reason for it as you probably well know, so perhaps you should knock it on the head for a while to relieve some anguish. Secondly you are still only really a child, and its likley that your periods are still settling down or the pattern is changing, this happens to all woman at some time or other, and if your not eating properly then this too will play havoc with your periods. So too will stress, when we stress about something the hormone levels change in the body and our bodies react in different ways, if you have lost alot of weight this too will also affect your periods. Make sure that you rule out pregnancy, and maybe that will stop you stressing abit and make sure you eat correctly. If you are not pregnant and you are taking care of yourself your periods may well return in a month or so, but the more you worry the more they are likely not to appear. If you are still concerend and you are not pregnant then talk it over with your doctor, its more likely that its just a change in puberty rather than anything else, but it cant hurt to talk over your concerns with your gp.
