writes:I was at my cousins new years party and we had just opened a 9 litre bottle of champagne (be jealous) and I gave him a hug and said I love you!! he squeezed me and said, no I love YOU!! then he started kissing my cheeks and neck and I was kissing his cheekit wasnt just a peck, there was tongue.but he had been drinking but im not sure how much.how do I know if he meant it as a brother or as a boyfriend/girlfriend?

I know there are a lot of people that say being with your cousin is not a big deal, but you are WAY too young to be opening that can of worms!!! Put this behind you and go on.

the best way to find out would be simply to ask, sometimes people act out like that when their drunk but he might have been serious. just ask him in a joking manner, try not to make it a serious topic, and you should be fine, good luck!
