writes:I am going to high school at a boarding school (yes, everything in my family is fine... I just thought they offered a good education), which has the obvious rule of "No genital contact." I am not yet ready to loose my virginity, but foresee that I will become ready while still in high school. I am worried that I may not get a chance to do so when my girlfriend and I are ready to. Also, can any of you guess whether it counts to eh... have indirect contact with the female breasts (so basically feel through the shirt)? Thanks for your answers.

 "genital contact" seems to specify just below the belt, as "RCN" said. So, I think for over the shirt action, you're in the clear.
I wouldn't worry about the question of losing your virginity until the time comes. What's that old phrase.... "cross that bridge when we come to it"? Yes, that's it. Waiting makes sex even better. Anticipation is the best part of gratification, after all!
