Hey man, I know how you are feeling. I have had a couple friends that are girls that notice when the guy they are dating goes MIA. If you really like this chick then just keep in contact with her... because if you don't talk to her until September, who knows? She might find someone else.
And if you really did talk to her everyday and you stop abruptly for almost 2 months, she will definitely notice.

Women notice everything. She knows you're into her but she's still thinking of the ex. Don't be her ego-booster, because you deserve better.
