writes: Hi,Theres this guy i really like but his really shy and it takes a while to get him talking but once he does its ok but i dont c him much and everytime i do c him again its like his too shy to talk to me all over again! He did once invite me to catch up with him which i said of course but havnt heard of it since. If i message him, he messages back or if i appraoch him he talks but he hardly ever makes the first move however i have caught him looking over at me a few times. Do you think he likes me back or am i just annoying him? thanx heaps x

 Yes i would say this guy most certainly likes you, he is giving you the signs he does, but is to shy to say anything.
Im the same, i really fancy this girl at work but im to shy/scared to say anything to her. So it all comes out in flirtatious gestures, like looking over at her and trying to hold eye contact.
I think you should casually invite this guy out for a Chrismas drink, im 99% sure from what you have said he will say yes.

 He sooooo obviously likes you!!! maybe he is just unsure if u like him or not why dont u ask him to do something fun like ten pin bowling or the cinema and invite a group of friends so there wont be any awkward silences and soon enough he'll find it easier to talk to you.
