Guys' tastes run the gamut from A to Z.
Some people can "pull off" a particular "look" better than another. A nose piercing might flatter one person but look weird on another. You have to decide what is "you."
Many guys however, find navel piercings to be very exciting. I found that out when I got one of my own. I thought about getting a tattoo, but then discarded the idea because it's just not who I am. I loved the navel ring though. :) So did lots of guys.
Whatever you do, above all, make sure to check the piercing place out and make sure it's clean and regulated and all that.
