If thats the case then yes it happens with age. Everyones bits start heading south so your wife is totally normal.
There is surgery that can be done but its expensive, I would imagine very painful and completely unneccessary. You just have to learn to love each others ugly bits!

PS its not because of anything you have done to her, even virgins will get saggy underbits with age.
