A female reader, anonymous, writes (28 August 2010):

Hi

Stop worrying!

When you dance FEEL the music don't THINK about what part of the body to move, let your natural instinct decide for you. Forget who is doing what and just relax and let yourself go, the more we worry about what we are doing the more we tighten up and the body becomes stiff. I am a qualified dancer (modern) and would advise you to FEEL rather than THINK in this particular situation. You never know untill you relax you may end up actually becoming a natural good dancer. Let your WHOLE body move including head and just enjoy P.S but don't forget your partner.

FluffyPie agony auntJust dance the way you feel.

What kind of dance it is? Club dance? Blues? Cheek-to-cheek dance? Don't worry, just have fun no matter what. I'm pretty sure your boyfriend will find it cute.

Ok there's nothin to it really you just have to remember the more you move your arms the stupider you look. What you could do is just look around the room and sort of copy how another girl is dancing. There's really nothing to worry about, things like this they just work out

I hope this helps you
