reader, anonymous, writes (8 May 2007): Having studied 'Reproductive Biology' at Uni, I think its highly unlikely that you have got pregnant this way. However, it would be best to go see your GP and have a pregnancy test sooner rather then later. Remember anything you say to your GP will be in the strictest confidence. of course you can get pregnant as soon as the sperm touches the egg thats all it takes but dont be so worried as your not sure your period could just be late i suggest you take a pregnacy test and talk to your boyfriend about this

it is impossable to get pregant that way as the finger dose not reach the cervics and the sperm dies within 10 seconds when reachin oxygen. if i was i would go and see your G.P and get a pregency test and think about goin on the conceptive pill. if you are to become preganant at a young age i would serioulsy sit down and talk to your mum and boyfriend what you really want.

 It is possible. It's really unlikely, though. What's probably happening is that you're nervous, and the stress is causing your period to be late. Go get a pregnancy test to be sure. Good luck, and let us know how it goes.
