It all depends on how the surgery was performed, surgeons have different levels of success.
Work out your day of conception, who were you seeing at this time?
It is unlikely to get pregnant after a vasectomy but there is a small chance.
You should really talk about this openly, its important to know the paternity of your baby and will be best all round for everyone.

Assuming that you havent had sexual relations with anyone else: it can only be one of two things.
1. Your partner's vasectomy didnt work and he got you preggy.
2. It's an immaculate conception.
I would discount option 2 .
