Question - (4 January 2009) 3 Answers - (Newest, 4 January 2009)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I was coming off my period but had to go to work, I knew I wasn't able to have any breaks so I wore a sanitary towel just to be safe.

I never bled when I was at work so as the towel was dry and rough, irritation occurred. After my shift I realised that one of my vaginal lips had imflamed.

Some of it went down but now it is almost 2 years since this happened and it is still slightly swollen compared to the other one, it really makes me feel uncomfortable.

Could anyone give me advice or at least tell me why the imflamed vaginal lip still hasn't gone down to nornal size? :S

You might have a Bartholin's gland cyst. You should ask your gynecologist about this.It could also be your normal size, one side is naturally larger than the other.
