I dont have a problem with it and i know i shouldnt listen to other people but my friends have been taking the mick.i would really like to have a relationship with him but i'm nervous about it. I dont fancy him or want to have sex with him i just want to be with him all the time and cant stop thinking of him. i am so confused!i'm also scared that if i went out with him then things would be akward between us as we're really good friends!!sorry for moaning i'm just confused :D

You obviously feel a lot for him and you are aware that you shouldnt listen to others opinion yet you still find it a problem? Dont hide behind it, only you know if its right then its right and its up to you what to do next. A relationship can begin without all the physical side and getting to know him could guide you both to a future. Its ok to be nervous about it especially when the shine is taken off it by others but if you really want it then youll go for it despite anything else. Its always a risk that things could turn arkward but if everyone followed that then their wouldnt be any relationships! It is risky but usally worth it.

i totally agree with the other senders...dont just not get involved with this guy just cause your friends are taking the piss. Anyway, one year isn't an awful age gap to be honest.
Being happy with this guy is well worth a few comments from your so-called friends (who in my opinion should be supporting and advising you, not teasing and discouragin you.
