 You can wait a few more days, I would say 4 more days maybe if you dont have the money for pregnancy test, then you will have to get a pregnancy test anyway if the period doesnt start.
I find it amusing that condoms break, I had this friend and she used to tell me that their condoms broke almost everytime they had sex... maybe the condom was too small - if tahts the case with you, suggest buying larger ones, if it broke because of rough sex just try to do it in a different way next time or you will have to go on a pill.
