That's a problem that happens to some guys. It actually happened to someone close to me. I know they have a surgery for that, but I don't think you should look into it. You still have a lot of growing up to do and you could balance out soon. Have some fun and enjoy what you love about yourself, and your hobbies.

 The thing is, we all come in different shapes and sizes. Both female and male. I think in this day and age we have so much pressure to look a certain way to be deemed acceptable.
The thing you have to realise is the girls that you see around you, I absolutely guarantee are having the same feelings.
Am I fat, am I pretty, are my breasts ok.....will a guy like me????? These insecurites plague us while we're young.
Try to remember that the girl you really like, probably has insecurities about herself as well.

 If a girl truly loves you then it would not matter if you had man boobs or not. She would love you for you, and who you are. And if any girl did make fun of you then she is simply not worth being with in the first place.
And five inches is about average for a guy, but i would say that you have still got some growing to do yet.
