So french kissing is new to me and today, my bf and i were making out and he slipped the tongue for the first time but i didn't know what to do with it! i found myself wrapping my lip on it and I'm about 100% sure that's not what you're supposed to do. Everything else feels good but that never did. I know it will once I know what to do with it! So HELP! Quick!

I wanna make out again tonight! ;)

YouWish agony auntHeh...you brought back memories for me. The first time I was French-kissed, my boyfriend at the time was less than experienced, and made me gag because I think he was trying to touch my uvula. I'll never forget that as long as I live and file the memory under "Awkward first experiences I laugh about later!"

Anyways, Think of French Kissing as a slow, erotic dance of tongues. Chigirl has hit the main points. Not too far in, and don't do the "nervous giraffe" where you flick it in and out fast and nervous. I *hate* that!

Also, no "lapping dog" where you decide to lap all over his face and get all wet and slobbery on his nose and all over his lips.

Just remember, slow, sensuous tongue dancing and slow motions, giving and receiving, and increase speed *SLIGHTLY* with passion and intensity. Let your hands move over his face, neck, and shoulders with the same slow erotic sensations. Run your fingers through his hair as your tongues writhe in erotic motion.

AHEM...any more detail, and I might get into trouble! ;)

I think you get the picture!

Tyedyedturtle agony auntSome people like a little tongue sucking, lol! This is a time for adventure and discovery. Slowly stick your tongue into his mouth and just lightly play with his. After a few moments, draw back in. Don't choke him. Go slow and have fun! Everyone makes goofy mistakes. Just laugh them off. Once while making out, my boyfriend and I drew back from one another for just a second. He had his eyes closed and, when he went to return to my lips, he accidentally licked my nose. It was hilarious and we both paused the steamy session for a good laugh. We still laugh about it today. Have fun and enjoy yourself! These things come naturally!

A female reader, chigirl Norway +, writes (17 August 2011):

chigirl agony auntDo it again and experiment, that is the only way you will learn. But the main idea is for your tongue to meet his, your tongue isn't suppose to explore his mouth or pick his teeth.. it's to meet his tongue and play with it. Don't stick it in too far or he'll choke, and don't drool in his mouth (first time mistake is to add too much spit, try not to mix so much saliva into the mix or it gets sloppy fast).

Just do it and you'll figure it out in no time, it's something you learn quickly. Or ask him, if he's made out before with anyone. If he hasn't, just say you're inexperienced and test things out together. Mistakes are allowed, just laugh them off.
