Solidus is verified as being by the original poster of the question I don't know it is possibly she hasn't received the text. She told me she's only been in this country six months and I have no idea what sort of phone she has so she may have not gotten it at all. Especially considering the fact that her voice mail wasn't even set up.
She was really pretty and I really felt like she was digging me, so I'm going to wait a few days then try her again.

Let her respond first. If she doesn't then maybe she lost interest. Or, did you remember to tell her who the text was from? And do you think she might not have received the text? Sometimes that happens. I guess one more text is ok, but then it is her turn to reply back. And if she doesn't, let her go. At least thats what I think.

Send her a text. Probably she will be able to see that someone called, so calling again might be too much. You could have texted her the same day, so sending one today wouldn't be too bad. If you wait for too long she will think you aren't interested.
