If a couple has intercourse again after the male has had an orgasm often times sperm can still be in the urethra and mix with precum as it is expelled. Urinating after orgasm can help alleviate this. Do not treat this as a 100% guarantee however. Also in response to one of the answers above a female is most likely to get pregnant at or around day 14 of their cycle.
