 Extremely unlikely, but remotely possible. Sperm die pretty quickly when exposed to air so part of the answer would depend on whether you are doing this right away or hours later. Best thing to do is just wash your hands both from a birth control and a sanitary postion anyway.

So best thing to do is to make sure you wash your hands with soap really well before fingering her. You should do this anyway, even if you have no sperm on your fingers because you may have some germs or something on your hands that could cause an infection in her.
