reader, anonymous, writes (15 April 2008): It could be nothing but pain. The best thing you can do is deal with the hemroids first. If your bowel motions are never too hard or firm the hemroids will reduce in size on their own, and then anal sex providing you are relaxed and take it easy at first should be fine. I had terrible hemroids and went to the doctor a number of time. Altering my diet so I had perfect bowel motions did the trick and within not too long in time the hemeroids appeared to be gone (although technically they will still be there, they've just shrunk).

 Hemorrhoids are basically swollen veins in your anal canal. I would think that anal sex might cause them to tear and cause more problems... but you should probably ask your doctor about that.
