 i would say it is unlikely to become pregnant im guessing your a teenager so you not very experienced in knowleged in what can and cant get you pregnant . if the penis wasnt inserted into the vagina it is less likely that a preganancy will arise althought if any seemen was wiped or inserted into the vagina be wary otherwise its more likely you will be fine

Plus you had underwear on, there is no way you could get pregnant.

but it is probably less likely if you both have your clothes on. also it depends on where abouts he cums. was it above your vagina or on it/almost in it? if you are really worried about him cumming on you then ask him to wear a condom or if you enjoy him cumming on you then get him to cum on maybe your breasts or tummy rather then your vagina.
