 I believe that if you have a true LOVE that your Heart will Not fully heal...the Heart will go on!.. but my dear you will grow from this, and become stronger. The pain will fade with time, some times it takes years. I recommend that you find self help books, even the Bible tells us stories about the Broken Hearted...in Proverbs.....

 I am going to assume you are talking about a broken heart from a relationship break up. A broken heart can heal over time, but all people are different, and heal in different spaces of time. Some people just want to put it behind them and move on, while some people take weeks/months to get over a broken heart. If you have got good family and friends to guide you through always speeds you on to a quick recovery.Hope this helps x

 Yes it can but it requires patience and understanding. Don't try to rush it or feel impatient that it's taking too old because that just makes it worse.
