So , yes, since you get this feelings that he just wants to get over it and done, there is a possibility that he may be , maybe not cheating, but getting bored with your sexual routine. It's not so terrible. You both just need to make it newer and fresher,- having less sex but ...better quality. Spice up things, try new positions, role play etc.
But, you won't know if you don't ask. Don't accuse him, just tell him you have noticed certain changes, and what could you do together, as a couple, to make things hot and exciting again ? ... His answer and reactions will give you a good indication, I think, about what's really going on.

So your question should be, "My boyfriend doesn't seem to be into having sex with me or care to satisfy me in bed anymore. Could he be cheating?" That makes more sense than him lasting a fraction of the time than before.
If what I put is more along the lines of your question...after probing from others, then it's possibility. Anything is a possibility, you should ask him if there's a problem. There could actually be a problem just with himself--he may not necessarily be cheating.
