 I would not use it, unless you have problems maintaining erections. There are several different sizes that you can use. If you are thick, then you have to use a bigger one than normal. The idea behind it is to keep the blood in, but not kill your dick. If you have any doubts, it is best not to mess with it.

 Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. What if you get it on and can't get off? Think of not only the pain, but the embarrassment of having to go to the hospital for help. Uh no, not a good idea at all. As ampersand says, cutting off the blood flow to ANY part of the body unless you are trying to stop someone from bleeding to death is NOT a good idea.
