A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Okay, So I had sex with a condom with my boyfriend. The condoms didnt split. We sat together in a bath (on an occasion without foreplay or sex) for about 5 minutes and he didnt ejaculate or anything.

Its the 4th week of my cycle at the moment (33rd day today) but no period. I have been living with my mum for the past 3 weeks and her period is due next week so is my cycle allinging with hers? She's a week later than me.

Normally I get my period at the same time as my best friend.

Im stressed at the moment because my cycle is anything between 4-5 weeks (yes I am irregular), I havnt been getting alot of sleep recently (maxium about 8 hours a night but ranging from 5-8) and been doing about 30 -60 minutes of excercise a day recently which is new for me. Also I havent been eating the healthiest of stuff. My boobs are sore, I experience back and stomach pain, my skin is breaking out.

Could I be Pregnant? Are these reasons why my period is late? Is my period coming do you think?

I am not able to give you a medical opinion;

when in doubt about health, it is always best to counslut your doctor

BUT

I think you should try and relax; from what you have described I doubt that you are pregnant; it is highly unlikely; try to relax.

All the changes that you have been making and adjustments to your lifestyle can have an effect and the fact that you are now getting worried does have an impact to;

I suggets you try not to concentrate or worry about it; give it another week or so; if still no periods; I suggest you consult your doctor; the chances that it might be a hormone imbalance or something else is much more then you being pregnant.

Best wishes and lots of SMILES
