Are there exercises or food to improve the hardness of my bits?

Hi well i have a problem so here goes:

I have a over average sizd penis at around 8inches but i read that this makes it harder to get up... and well it does, i do allright but it could be better on few occasions when its been rock hard its reached near 9 inches (an estimate as i dnt sit and mesure it everyday)

I cant order anything from the web but are there any exercises or food i can eat to help?

aphexinfinite agony auntvitamin e. bananas. L-Arginine from a health food store it helps to increase the blood flow. Take zinc, saw-palmetto, pumpkin seed, ginkgo. or try the blue pills you get in ann summers.. hope some of those help.. plus wow dont worry about just 8inches thats a gd size already :) good luck aphex xx
