 Are you sure your not refering to the "G" spot?
If so its located a few inches in, so as long as your over 2 inches long you should be able to stimulate it (with certain positions)
Indeed some women enjoy the head of a penis hitting the cervix but this isnt always the case, like some women like bondage, some like anal, some dislike everything but standard sex.

The G-Spot can usually be found about 2 inches in on the upper wall, it will usually feel like a small mound with a roughish patch of skin, if you enter your fingers curve them up slightly to locate it.
My best advice is never focus on one spot, so what if some guys can "cervix punch", the is the "G" spot, and erogenous zones that can help you to pleasure your woman.

Ive never had an orgasm from penetration alone - its all about the clitoris for me as I think is the same for most women. Without stilmulation to that I think most females find it quite hard to come anyway.
