I mean, really, dating at age 49 seems like I have to deal with a lot of kink. And they're bloody upfront about it too: I go to a singles dance mixer night last night, and these are the chatty pick up lines blokes used, "what do you like in a man?" "I design fetish ballerina shoes for pole dancers" "I'm a vouyer, I like to watch, no intercourse." That last one from a bloke I've had my eye on for weeks. Sigh. I pretty much had to leave the mixer at that point. Online dating is even creepier. Must be this size, or this age (always innappropriate for their own), or this race, dom/sub, spanking, whatevs. Where are the blokes who want a person? One that lives with them instead of a once-a-week shag?
