 I cetainly think that eye contact is one of the most powerful forms of flirtation you can use to let someone know that you like them, and smiling and eye contact is a sure sign she likes you. I think you should approach her, don't expect her to come to you, as there is probably a policy about employees asking out customers. Take the bull by the horns and start chatting to her, before someone else does.
