writes:Ok, I find that every time I like a guy I can never bring myself to tell him or ask him out. I can't even let my friends do it. If the guy finds out I like him I can't look him in the face anymore. If I find out that he doesn't like me back, I can't even talk to him anymore! I don't know what I should do. Is there any way to get over this? or am I going to have to deal with this issue forever?

 omg i have the same problem i'm soo shy asking that i wait for them and it takess foreverr..but i think that the best thing that will help is feeling comfortable wit urself.and also before falling for him..i think that u should try being friends wit him and get to know them more,cuz then the more they know about u and the more u know about them makes u feel more confident so that if u want to ask him out its way more simple cuz u dont feel strange about it example..if u like a guy find courage in urself to talk to him and get to know him..then later be like we should hang out sometime"off course that doesnt mean omg be my bf"
then go to the movies as friends and get to know alot about him then when u ask him out u'll feel like ur on the top of the world and if they say yes and ur like yesss but remember if he says no its ok theres always gonna be another tomorrow and dont try hiding for him just face it like its nothing ..:D good luck
