Just turning up would be enough to be honest. I would drop some hints about it though.
You don't want to get there with a bunch of roses only to be met at the door by her husband and the police.

Just turning up would be enough. Take her out to dinner and really get to know her face to face. Spend time with her. That'll be enough.
