Nothing, no one will laugh, it is normal for you're age, a normal penis size for a 13 year old when soft is from 1 to 2 inches long, and when hard from 3 to 4 inches, you will end up probebly having a 5.5 or 6 inch, it is a perfect size for a full grwn adult because a normal adult size is between 5.1 to 6.2 inches long when fully mature... Think of it this way, better normal than small and you are better the me because I am also 13 but my penis size is 7.5 inches which is overly grown. So sit back relax and watch it grow because it will, trust me.;):P
