 You can chat to whoever you like, but to date someone under the legal age of consent would be frowned upon if you intentions we dishonourable. An age gap of 2-3 years isnt wrong, my partner is older than me by 4, and thats not looked at as odd, but then i was in my late 20's when i met him. I guess if your 15 shes 13 and you wanted to chat and date then there is no harm, so long as you realise that it cant go any further than that until she is the legal age of consent. Some might think it odd thats shes younger, but by that margin, it really isnt that big an age difference.

 In that case definately not as i said before as long as you don't intend to have a sexual relationship with her until the right age. she obviously likes you too or she wouldn't let you talk to her. And if people do call you names (some might) then tell them they have no idea what theyre talking about as far as i'm concerned a peodophile is an old man/woman who likes young children and intends to have unconsented/illegal sex. go for it and ask her out xxx

I don't think 2-3 years is a big deal at all no matter what age you are. You are obviously quite young other wise you'd know if it was right or wrong. And no as long as you don't intend to have sex with an under age girl then you are definately not a peodophile but more information would be very helpful to answer fully
