writes:Hey I really love my teacher. Have always but i am very shy and never spoke to her really. I was always her favourite student. Recently we have been IM each other and i've even visited her. Im leaving school now and i'm gonna miss her. She said she loves all her students. Am i jus another student or am i special to her? Do i tel her how i feel?

 Each student is special in their own way. It is very very common for students to "be in love" with their teachers. Just tell her you will miss her, you love her and then just stay in touch. But don't tell her you have romantic feelings. Just love the way she loves you and the other students.
Teachers make us feel special. She is probably very caring and a wonderful mother figure. She probably loves you like a son but not in a romantic way.
