 Hello.
Do not blame you for one second, we all need a kiss and a cuddle at some time in our lives, after what you have gone through it was just one of those things.
When you see your friend talk to him, tell him that you like him as a friend and you hope that he will always be that to you, and when you kissed him it was because you just wanted a bit of comfort from him, because you were feeling low, but you do not want to take this any further and his friendship means a lot more to you, just see what his reaction is and maybe after a couple of days he should be still your good friend.
