Advice from woman please! female house mate!

So heres the situation- I'm living in a house share with an attractive woman, whom also happens to be the landlady! I'm not sure if she likes me as more then a friend, however here as some key points-

-She texts me all the time during the week and when i scoot off up home, just random unsugesstive things about what shes been upto ect...

-She slags off other woman i say look nice (appart from cheryl cole, she seems to lover her!)

-She is always telling me about other men whom ask her out

-She laffs at my stupid doings/sayings

-she asks me if i want to go to the local bar, then asks one of her girl mates to meet us in there about 2 hours later

I was out with her sometime ago, ok we were both a little drunk but she accept linking arms for the walk home, ive never had any of my girl mates do tht before when walking home! When we got in, i reach round her to grab my drink, and she tried to hug me.....

However shes always telling me she has no time or place for men in her life??

I can't figure iut is she likes me or what??

Any good advice? cheers

DrPsych agony auntI have no idea if she fancies you or just sees you as a friend. The only way to find out would be to leave your current address and then ask her out on a date. All that stuff about not having time for men may just be bravado from a woman desperate to date you! The problem is that if she does just see you as a friend and then you make it clear you are looking for romance then it could get all rather awkward over the breakfast table...conversely, if she fancies you and says yes and it doesn't work out then it will be embarrassing at home too!
