I don't get it, does she want me back? I mean she is the one that blocked me from calling her. I just don't know what to do about it any more ?

If you dont want to be with her then quit answering the phone when she calls.
I see this as a head game. I want you when I want you, but I dont when Im busy.
Your rant however is very short, and not very informative. You need to give more information, like how long you were together, when you broke up, have you ever met, why did you break up.
Just saying she calls you ... isnt much to go on.
