Question - (3 August 2009) 10 Answers - (Newest, 7 August 2009)
A male United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

This is wierd and I hope somebody knows what it is that is happening!.

For the passed 2week myself and my girlfriend have had this strange happening when we go to the the toilet. When ever we go to the toilet to "poop", we have both noticed that we have blood after whiping ourselves clean.

Is this an illness or somewhat? or would it be just "pooping" to hard/to big and it has kind of ripped our muscular tissue of our behinds and makes it bleed?

Yes, you can have a laugh at this if you like, we both do *giggles* but we really need an answer please:)

thankyou!

natasia agony auntit could be a coincidence that you both have the same thing, or it could be you both have some sort of infection that has this as one of the symptoms. if it is a coincidence, then you could have this because yes, the delicate tissues there are being ripped in some way, or you could have had a fissure once, and it is re-bleeding every time you disturb it again. however, these kind of things usually heal quickly and two weeks is a long time.

obviously you just both need to go to the doctor.

If you do notice that your poo is hard and its ripping your tissue thats why! Eat some more fiber example lots of beans, bananas, avocado ext. you can look up wich foods are high in fiber on google. Also drink lots of fluids. If this doesn't help see a doctor.

Legioness agony auntUnfortunately very few of us on here have any medical knowledge.. Your best bet would be to go and see a doctor asap. Since you've both got it, first thing that comes to my mind it perhaps some form of infection? But as I said.. Little medical knowledge here so go get it checked out :)
