 You need to tell your boss right away about the pregnancy and decide whether to keep the child, give it up for adoption or terminate the pregnancy. If it's going to be the latter, you need to make an informed decision in the next few weeks, so don't delay.
You also need to be checked for STIs. Since you did fall pregnant, it's possible that he's also given you an infection. Get to your doctor or to a sexual health clinic and get tested for all sexually-transmitted infections. While you're there, get some information about unplanned pregnancies and what to expect.
I know that it's very easy to "freeze up" and try to wish the problem away, but you don't have that luxury right now, so get going.
If you decide to keep the baby, your life is going to change dramatically and forever, so please, for the sake of your child, think long and hard about what's best for you and for the baby.

Have you considered terminating the pregnancy? You certainly didn't have sex with the guy to produce a child, and it sounds like neither you, or he would be happy with the responsibilities. You can carry the child to term, and place it up for adoption, but what are you going to do in the meanwhile? Talk to him. I may have him wrong. He is, after all the father, and should have some right to state his wishes about the matter.

First of think about wanting this baby and what you could give it im 32 weeks pregnant its a hard choice to make.
Then if you dicide to keep it talk your boss and tell him your pregnant and ask him if hes gonner support you even if your not together. Rememmber think of the baby and how it might effect you in the future. good luck.
