I was in a car accident a couple of years ago and they are scarred and slightly puckered, also a really severe rash left me with spots on my chest (is this normal). I feel so unsexy, I haven't got to a stage in a relationship where we have sex but will I have to take my bra off during sex? Is there anything I can do to make my breasts look sexier even if it's just for me?

 Depending on how bad YOU feel it is, maybe talking to your doctor isn't a bad idea.
I personally isn't a big fan of plastic surgery - specially not for people who are still growing and in their teens. Reconstructive surgery can be done.
However if you feel that is too much for you then take AuntyRach's advice. It's good.
You can get so many CUTE bra's in your size.
Don't forget most women aren't totally 100% happy with their breasts. We all want those perfect breasts and if you found a women who had those, she would either want them bigger or smaller.. Know what I mean?
You are still you no matter what scars you have on the outside, don't let them make you someone you aren't. I've had surgery from several accidents ( yeah I'm accident prone) one of them goes from hip past my knee and shows up when wearing shorts. They aren't bad looking and red no more but people still stare. Don't bother me.

they have seen pretty much everything so are not going to be shocked by what u have to show them..
see if anything can be done surgically if that's the way you want to go!
or there's some beautifull bra's out there that will make you feel sexy. if your worried about the scars and rash there are some special make up websites where they can camoflage your chest
and im sure that when you find " the one" he will love u for u not your boobs good luck hunny x x x x

makeup. a little powder and bronz can make them look sexy and also add a little shadow to the cleavage. you would be amazed at what they do in films, tv and porn.
also there are some very sexy bras out there. you don't have to take a bra off during sex if you don't want to. you can make him happy with a little boob, by getting a peek aboo bra or a see through one.
if you won't a long term effect i suggest you go and ask your doctor about options.
