Google it, it sounds like it's pretty common. There's a lot of women that are asking about their urine smelling like ammonia or chlorine. I didn't really read them, but maybe you can find your answers there. Of course there's always the alternative of asking your doctor.

 You may have a urine infection, you need to go see your doctor or midwife. Also try and increase your fluid intake.

 if its not burning you or if it doesn’t have a strong color lets say something wine like!... the smell of some pregnant women’s urine change doe to the amount of residues u are segregating as ur body is over taking vitamins from the food you in-take (for you and ur baby), and that causes it to be much more smelly and a bit darker.
but remember if its to dark or it itches or burns it is probable something more serious in which case u are gone have to go to the doctors xx :)
