writes:Last year, I met this guy, and pretty much straight away I liked him. I knew one of my friends liked him so I never said anything, and then they got together, so nothing happened between us.Then I went into my final year at school so just focused on my exams, so I never went outside, other than for school, so I never saw him. I don't have facebook or a phone, so we didn't keep in touch. But when we saw each other on the street, (like if I was walking to school or to the shop) we'd say hello. I finished school almost a month ago, and started going outside again. I think I still had a crush on him when we started talking again, I just didn't think about it, because it's one of those things, where you don't see yourself having a shot, so you don't even bother? If that makes sense. Then about two weeks ago, I started noticing differences in how he used to act with me.He started complimenting me a lot, touching me a lot, when I'd look his way and he caught me, he'd smile at me, he teases me in a friendly way, and he'll always try and be near me. For a few examples, he pokes my tunnel repeatedly and messes up my hair, because he knows it annoys me. We were sat with a big group of our friends, and there was no room to sit near me, so he sat on me instead. A few times, he'd be sitting on his skateboard because the ground was wet, and he'd move over and invite me to sit on it with him. He compliments changes to my appearance, like a new piercing, new haircut. The other night he pulled me down onto his lap and wouldn't let me go. My questions are, do you think he likes me? And do you think I like him, or I just like the attention he gives me? Oh, and he's a year younger than I am. Do you think that's weird?

he definetely likes you try hanging out with him more and if possible aline see what happens only you can tell if you like him or not good luck

I think it's a little of both. Not sure how much younger but my Bf is 3 years older so it's not wierd but go for it better to make a move than to never know. Try it I bet he does :)

reader, anonymous, writes (9 July 2011): Honestly I think he likes you. it isnt weird that he is a year younger. as you grow older and even now, age doesn't matter as much. especially in high school. i can not tell you if you like him. you have to look inside yourself and figure that out. however, when friends are the oppisite sex one tends to want to be more than friends. This is just a general situation. good luck with him! he seems nice and i take it he likes you. talk to him moe and hang out and see how it goes! good luck! have fun!
